Private Pre-Arranged Ride Requests
Facomerc Rides provides a private pre-arranged ride request and reservation service. Availability is reviewed before any payment link is issued. Payment is required to confirm your reservation. Your ride is not confirmed until payment is completed.
A submitted request does not guarantee availability. If a requested time, route, vehicle, or service detail is unavailable, Facomerc Rides may offer alternatives or decline the request.
Payment Links and Confirmation
Secure payment links may be sent after availability has been reviewed by the system or an operator. A reservation remains pending until payment is completed. Do not consider a ride confirmed solely because you submitted a request or received an initial response.
FACOMERC Rides Alerts SMS Program
Program name: FACOMERC Rides Alerts.
FACOMERC Rides Alerts sends transactional messages about private pre-arranged ride requests, secure payment links, request updates, reservation reminders, and customer support.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, and any relevant trip notes. You are also responsible for booking with enough time for traffic, airport procedures, security lines, road closures, and other factors outside our control.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, change, and refund eligibility may depend on timing, payment status, driver assignment, route details, and operational costs already incurred. Contact us as soon as possible at reservas@facomercrides.com if you need to change or cancel a request or reservation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment systems, or use Facomerc Rides for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Facomerc Rides may use third-party providers for payment processing, SMS delivery, email delivery, hosting, calendars, maps, and internal operations. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FACOMERC, LLC and Facomerc Rides are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for delays or service impacts caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport procedures, incorrect customer information, third-party systems, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
